3 Steps to Quick and Easy Repair Service

STEP 1 – If one of your covered items stops working, just call the Home Protection Plus hotline -- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We’ll set up a service appointment that’s convenient for you.

STEP 2 - The technician visits your home and diagnoses the problem to confirm that the problem is covered in your contract. No trip charge or service call fee is charged.

STEP 3 - If the problem can be repaired, the technician will repair or replace the covered appliance or system.  Covered parts and labor are provided at no additional charge.  If parts have to be ordered, the technician will schedule a time to come back and complete the repair or replacement. 

What if my covered appliance cannot be repaired?

In the case of a broken appliance or your heating and cooling system, sometimes the parts needed to repair them are no longer available.  Sometimes the cost to repair them is more than the appliance is worth.  Sometimes they just cannot be fixed.  With our GreenBacks^SM Cash Option, if your covered item cannot be repaired, you may receive cash to use toward a new one - up to $2,500 total each year!
